NO HASSLE EXCHANGE POLICY

If necessary, your Muffin's Halo purchased directly from our website may be exchanged within 14 days (10 business days) of receipt for a size or halo exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping fees for your exchange. Please email or call ahead for authorization to make your exchange with us!

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

The Muffin's Halo is a highly specialized blind-dog guiding device. We do not accept any returns. Limited exceptions are only made for never-worn products in an unopened package within 14 days (10 business days). Please email or call ahead for authorization to make your return with us!


A refund for a never-used/unopened product does not include shipping charges. You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Refunds are processed approximately 14 days after we received your unopened/never-used product and will credit back to your original form of payment less the shipping charge.


Returns of used products are not eligible for a refund and will be donated to an animal rescue or shelter. You may also consider donating your harness to your veterinarian or a local shelter to help another dog in need.

Please place the item securely in its original packaging and include the packing slip or relevant order information (order number and name), and mail your return to the following address via any tracked shipping method of your preference:
